DescriptionCanadian violinist Sadie Fields and Italian pianist Giusy Caruso are award-winning international performers with a passion for engaging with their audiences and for presenting thoughtful and thought-provoking programmes. Tonight they present their duo programme, ‘Intersections’. The first half of the concert is dedicated to music inspired by dance (in many forms!), and the second half takes Ravel’s fascination with jazz, as heard in his famous violin sonata, and explores it further through a new work by Stephane Orlando, written especially for Giusy and Sadie.
