Electric harp with bows, pieces of paper, guitar sliders, live loops and
pedal effects. Creating sounds that make the harp sound like the guitar,
bass and percussion.
MC & The 7 Pedals is an award winning, London based, experimental electric
harper.
MC has performed on Later with Jools Holland on BBC2,
at the BBC Radio 1 studios and Montreal Jazz Festival.
In London she has played at the Royal Festival Hall, The Roundhouse, Queen
Elizabeth Hall, National Portrait Gallery, Bush Hall, The Place, The
Forge.
She has toured with Katie Melua, Alani, Jeremy Reed, Pete Long, and
Psarantonis. MC has a Harp&Rap duet with rapper Potent Whisper. Their
single Now was featured on BBC Introducing.
