Ansia Fiera is a musical tango duet formed by two guitars. Its repertoire
is based on the beginnings of tango and its typical guitar formation. It
includes classical songs with own arrangements, as well as new own songs.
Ansia's sound is inspired by “La Guardia Vieja” movement, the guitar
milonga, the current urban candombe and all the folkloric music from
Argentina.
Despite its short existence, the group has been playing frequently at
Buenos Aires City’s tango scene, performing at tango festivals in the main
milongas of the city and anotherts countrys, sharing the stage with
independent orchestras and renowned tango music groups.
Ansia Fiera plays instrumental music and with lyrics, always with an
invited singer. Its show allowed the audience to listen to the concert as
well as dance.
