ARGENTINE TANGO & TRADITIONALS

With conceptual clarity, between own compositions and reversals of various tango and folklore classics, the guitar quartet of Gerardo Villar y los Aguirre they
give themselves the pleasure of transiting, with great expressiveness, for the work of authors such as Discépolo, Piazzolla, Zitarrosa or legendary duos like
Troilo/Manzi or Gardel/Le Pera. Also included in his repertoire a tribute to the great Nelly Omar. Gerardo Villar y Los Aguirre is a group made up in the
year 2017 by young and talented musicians graduates of the Julián Aguirre Conservatories,
Manuel de Falla and the Escuela de música popular de Avellaneda. Its members are Gerardo Villar (director and arranger), Miguel Torres, Matías Lafonte and Alejandro Lera.
