Comboio( Portuguese for ‘Convoy’) combines the enthusiasm of
four artists for music at the borders of several genres.
They originate from different musical backgrounds and play a program
inspired by jazz, classical music, and world.
No one-word slogan could express the feel of this inventive quartet.
Comboio takes us on a journey where every sound is fine-tuned
and reflects a complete spectrum of feelings and passion.
Comboio plays own compositions and pieces by
Hermeto Pascoal, Guinga, Guinga, Egberto Gismonti,
Dino Saluzzi, Tomas Gubitsch, Victor Da Costa, Sergio Assad etc.
