Monit Paul is a sarod player of Senia Bangas Gharana.He has stepped his
first step into the world of music at the age of 6 under the guidance of
Pt Kalyan Mukherjee of Senia Maihar Gharana, a senior student of Ustad
Bahadur Khansahib.Under his strictguidance he stared playing sarod. He
achieved the CCRT junior scholarship at the age of 10 when he was in
class 5. He had qualified himself in various competitions all over
Bengal. He has also played in Doordarshan(Kolkata)
and in AIR.He has also completed successfully 6th year course from
TRAILOKYASANGIT PARISAD and earned gold medal in the practical section.
Now he is taking talim under the guidance of Pt.DEBOJYOTI BOSE of Senia
Bangas Gharana.He equate himself quite well with the new gharana style
of intricately enhanced tansargam andekhara.He is now performing with in
and outside states invarious concerts.He has also performed abroad in
Poland Warsaw Palace of Culture and represent India in Indian Consolate
at Shanghai(CHINA)on 15th of august 2018.

Nilimesh Chakraborty was born in a musical family and started learning
from the early age of 2 from his uncle Sri Ajay Chakraborty & then
from Shr Debasish Majumder(a deciple of Late Pt.Shankar Ghosh).Later
from the
age of 13,he is under the tutelage of Pt.Swapan Siva of Farrukabad
Gharana. He received the 1st position and the champion trophy of
Doverlane Music competition ,Sarba-Bharatiya Sangeet Parishad and Murari
Smriti sangeet Samellan, 2nd position in the West Bengal State academy
competition and TTIS fest award for consecutive 3 years.
